Elementals are everywhere. They don’t possess us or attach to us, but they are all around us, in our energy fields. I didn’t realize until recently how pervasive they are and what kind of havoc they can wreak.

The elementals that are not for your highest and best good need to be removed regularly, just like discarnates need to be removed and sent to the Light on a regular basis.
